Addiction Recovery Center’s Karen’s Place Maternity Center is located in Ashland, Kentucky. The level of care offered here is medical stabilization and inpatient (IP) treatment. Services at this facility are case management, vocational training, spiritual care, group and individual therapy.

During this time, an individualized treatment plan will be created for you to achieve the goals you have while you are in treatment.
Individual therapy will be available for you to help you improve communication skills, learn new coping skills, and learn to manage stress and regulate your emotions. One on one therapy gives you an opportunity to be vulnerable and open up about experiences that may have impacted you and altered your way of thinking or feeling without any judgment.
Group therapy provides a space for you and your peers an opportunity to help support one another, hold each other accountable, learn from each other, and strengthen social skills. Group therapy can help with learning to create boundaries for yourself as well as others and boost self resilience. This also creates an opportunity to build community and develop a support network in recovery.
