About All Health Network – Littleton
All Health Network is a treatment center located in Littleton, Colorado. They provide intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) to adults who are struggling with mental health conditions and substance abuse disorders. Clients can also access medication assisted treatment (MAT) and case management as well as specific therapy for older adults.
The IOP lasts 12 weeks and includes a minimum of nine hours per week of treatment. What’s unique is that All Health divides treatment into three groups. Foundations educates you about substances and the impact of substance use on your brain and body. It also talks about how trauma can play into addiction. Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) helps you address thinking patterns and increase distress tolerance and emotional regulation. Skills for Recovery provides life skills that are important in recovery such as communication skills and goal setting as well as navigating family relationships.
If appropriate, your IOP treatment can include MAT, integrated treatment for addiction and co occurring mental health disorders and peer support. Depending on where you are in your journey, All Health can also connect you to harm reduction options, help you develop healthy coping skills, and work with your family and support systems to get you the care you need.
All Health realizes that substance use affects more than one person. That’s why they also have support for friends and family of those struggling with addiction. Their Community Reinforcement and Family Training (CRAFT) helps loved ones better understand how to support someone with substance use disorder. Your loved one doesn’t have to be an All Health client for you to participate.
