Alternative Options Counseling Center accepts individuals struggling with a wide variety of life challenges. Their programs include a partial hospitalization program (PHP) and an intensive outpatient program (IOP).
The partial hospitalization program is for those who need a high level of supervision within an outpatient program. Individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and couples counseling are provided. Clients meet Monday through Friday for eight hours per day.
The intensive outpatient program meets three times per week, for several hours at a time. Clients engage in therapy, groups, and skills classes. Clients can graduate into traditional outpatient or aftercare services upon completing this program.
