VA Amarillo Healthcare System is an addiction treatment facility for veterans who suffer from drug abuse, alcoholism, and co-occurring mental health disorders. This clinic doesn’t leave out any veterans. Whether you’re a female veteran or identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community, you will find the help you’re looking for here. They are here for any veteran in Northwest Texas and Eastern New Mexico. Their levels of care include both inpatient and outpatient services to fit the needs of each individual.

Their programs combine different modalities of care and different therapy offerings. You’ll have individual therapy sessions, group therapy, and medication will be provided if necessary. If you’re in their inpatient program, you’ll get round-the-clock care while you recover. They have different therapeutic and educational programs, like health maintenance and community support.

Of course, this program is specifically for veterans, so if you never served in the military, there are plenty of other rehab clinics in the area as well. The important thing is that you take action to find help for you or your loved one.
