About Answer House – Boston

MHSA – Answer House provides intensive substance abuse treatment services to 28 adult men for up to six months. MHSA – Answer House is located in South Boston, Massachusetts.

MHSA’s substance abuse recovery programs provide evidence-based clinical assessment and care, individually tailored to emphasize each client’s strengths and address their psychosocial needs. With the help of a wide network of external service providers, each of their programs creates lasting, individualized pathways to recovery.

Located in the heart of Boston, Answer House is uniquely positioned to offer its residents access to an extensive network of community service providers, with referrals aimed at medical, mental health, employment, educational, legal and other substance abuse treatment and recovery services.​

By successfully completing the program, Answer House clients learn to utilize their sobriety as a tool to effectively navigate and maintain valuable relationships with family members, friends, employers and members of their communities.

Women with children are allowed to participate in the program, they can discuss that matter with a social worker.
