Arbor Place is a treatment facility in Menomonie, Wisconsin that treats individuals who struggle with mental health challenges and substance abuse. They also treat those who have addictions to multiple substances. They have residential, outpatient and day treatment as well as prevention programs, family support programs and education services. The facility also provides a special treatment program for pregnant women and women who are parents.
Their mental health services provide clients with treatment for depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. One thing that stands out about this facility is its multi-drug treatment services. They believe that it’s very common for individuals to be abusing multiple drugs at once.
Arbor Place provides treatment for various drugs such as amphetamines, cocaine, inhalants and other substances. Their substance use disorder (SUD) professionals are available to evaluate clients and determine a drug treatment diagnosis. Once the diagnosis has been determined then patients will undergo different treatment approaches to heal from their addiction.
The treatment approaches that Arbor Place utilizes include helping clients recognize their relapse triggers, teaching them healthy coping skills and helping them establish a support system. In residential treatment, clients can expect 24-hour care where they’ll receive education on personal health, daily living skills and other resources that can help with their sobriety.
In outpatient treatment, clients are expected to participate in 12 hours of counseling per week. Some of the group sessions available in the outpatient program are the women’s trauma group and family education group. All of the groups focus on addressing substance and mental health disorders with the goal of restoring healthy functioning.
