About Arisa Health – Forrest City
Arisa Health is a mental health and substance abuse treatment facility in Forrest City, Arkansas, south of Little Telico Creek. Arisa has brought together four of the state’s top mental healthcare providers to form a comprehensive behavioral health network. They serve clients of all ages.
Arisa Health provides a wide range of services. These include counseling, case management services, screenings, care coordination, medication management, and other medical services.
In addition to on-site services, Arisa Health provides many of its services in schools. They also support a therapeutic foster care program. Services are offered on an inpatient and outpatient basis.
Inpatient treatment is a high-intensity level of care for clients with severe symptoms. It allows clients to be monitored and supported by staff 24/7. The inpatient program follows a structured counseling schedule and other recovery activities designed to teach clients life and coping skills to support their recovery. Clients who complete the inpatient program may step down to the outpatient program.
Clients in the outpatient program visit the facility for treatment on a regular basis while continuing to live at home. This a lower-intensity level of care designed for clients with mild symptoms. Clients with more severe symptoms may be referred to another program with a higher level of care.
