Located in Mesa, Arizona, Community Bridges – ASPIRE offers mental health treatment and alcohol and drug rehab services to individuals of all ages. This location provides treatment on an outpatient basis.
The outpatient program provides a wide variety of services based on a biological, medical, psychological, and social understanding of a person’s situation. Clients are treated in an age-specific format that focuses on the unique needs associated with specific stages in life. Outpatient programs also include a women’s and children’s program, an adolescent program, supportive housing services for people with severe mental illness, addiction treatment, and women and children services. Community educational programming, a crisis mobile team, peer support services, case management services, employment services, coaching services, and traditional counseling services are available.
Some individuals may be referred to a medication-assisted treatment (MAT) program in order to address their opioid addiction. If it is determined that a person needs a more intensive level of care, he or she may be referred to an inpatient or residential treatment option.
Community Bridges – ASPIRE accepts most insurance plans including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Wellmark, Beacon, ComPsych, TRICARE, HCSC, and Ambetter. Out of network benefits may vary, so it’s important to verify coverage with your provider prior to starting treatment.
