About Aspire Health Partners – Addictions Receiving Facility – ARF – Orlando
Located in a suburban community north of Orlando, Florida is the Aspire Health Partners Addictions Receiving Facility (ARF). This facility serves men and women who need medically supervised detox and stabilization so that they can start receiving appropriate care for their drug, alcohol or opioid use disorder.
This facility takes both voluntary and involuntary admissions. The detox and stabilization process lasts about seven days. Once you have safely detoxed they can refer you to a treatment program through Aspire Health Partners or another community organization.
Depending on your circumstances, medically supervised detox might be a necessary way to help your body safely withdraw from its chemical dependency. It can be harmful and even life threatening to stop cold turkey if you have substance use disorder, especially if you have chronic addiction struggles.
At the Addictions Receiving Facility you’ll be supported through medical supervision around the clock so that your body can safely work through detox. The medical team will monitor your vitals and use medication as necessary to keep you more comfortable.
Aspire Health Partners is Florida’s largest nonprofit provider of behavioral health care services. One of the major benefits of this is that you’ll have access to leading clinical treatment and holistic care once you complete your stay at the ARF.
You can get referred to one of Aspire Health Partners’ residential treatment programs where you’ll have a safe place to live as you work through the early stages of recovery. There are specialty residential programs for men, women, and mothers.
There are also different outpatient programs spread out through the region that you can move into once you’re ready for it. Generally residential treatment is the recommended step after detox but some people might get the treatment they need from an outpatient program.
There will be a team member at the Addictions Receiving Facility that can help you understand your options so that you can make the best choice for your recovery. This can be your first step toward a healthy and fulfilling new life.
