You’ll also get connected to community agencies that can better serve you as well. This might include 12 Step recovery programs, residential treatment and other services to help you. Case management services will help you get connected to the right programs.
The Sanford Campus is home to the Aspire Health Partners Seminole County Access Center. This is often the first point of contact where clients receive care. Assessments take place here, and you’ll get referred to appropriate services either within the agency or in the community.
