About Aspire Health Partners – Women’s Residential – Casselberry
Aspire Health Partners is an expansive health care network but one of their highly impactful programs is their women’s residential treatment center in Casselberry, Florida. This residential rehab is for adult women ages 18+ who struggle with drug and alcohol addiction.
This facility has a multi phase program that is customized to every client. You’ll work through each phase of your program in your own time so don’t worry about being pushed along when you aren’t ready.
The program itself takes a holistic approach because they understand that addiction affects so many aspects of your life. You’ll have individual therapy and group therapy as well as family therapy. Beyond conventional therapy though you’ll also benefit from other strategies like exercise therapy and meditation as well as developing a peer support group among other women with addiction.
One aspect of this rehab that I found especially interesting is the variety among their group counseling sessions. They have groups that center on many different issues that affect women’s addictions. For example there’s a group for mental health and one for domestic violence. There’s also a group for relapse prevention and a group for anger management. The team here will align you with the groups that will be most helpful in your recovery journey.
