The outpatient program offers individuals full assessments, followed by a chance to work closely with professionals in individual and group counseling. The program addresses how addiction impacts both the individual and the family. They may also offer addiction education, life-skills training, and relapse prevention planning.
After treatment ends, Beaufort County may provide aftercare such as housing services, employment and education support, information about 12-step and other recovery support groups, and referrals to social services.
