About Beckett Springs Changes – Dayton
Beckett Springs treats mental disorders and substance abuse in Dayton, Ohio. They have outpatient care for adults and youth. Medicare and Medicaid are accepted. The child and adolescent program is separate and treats youth from ages nine and up.
In outpatient care, there’s a day treatment that meets every weekday for two to four weeks if you need more intensive focused treatment. Another option is an intensive outpatient program that meets three to five days each week. These programs have counseling, classes on emotional well being, and holistic options like art and music therapy, pet therapy, and more.
For children 9+, you’ll have an outpatient program that can include school support. You’ll do yoga, create art, and listen to and create music while also receiving counseling and support to help you recover.
If you’re in the military or a vet or first responder, there’s a special track for you. Help for Heroes includes programs that use cognitive behavioral therapy to address the stress and trauma that you may face. They’ll specifically help with suicidal thoughts and loneliness. There’s additional support for your family, including young children.
