About Behavioral Health Network, Inc. – Springfield
Since 1938, Behavioral Health Network – Liberty Street Clinic has served residents in Springfield, Massachusetts. If you’re an adult, teenager, or child dealing with substance and alcohol abuse, they can help. The center has outpatient programs, including medication assisted treatment and crisis stabilization. There’s also a specific track for clients under court order.
Their main campus hosts The Living Room. This is an open space in which you can meet your peers, form networks, and plan your recovery together. That way, your support group will be made up of peers with whom you have a strong connection. You might also be able to spend the night at The Living Room, if needed. Please note that while outpatient therapy is available for all age groups, The Living Room is only open for adults.
They also provide medication assisted treatment as part of their outpatient program. If you have withdrawal pains, you can receive methadone to help ease your condition. This can strengthen your recovery since you won’t be as tempted by cravings.
They also have a crisis and mobile intervention team, should an emergency arise. They’ll help all age groups, regardless of their specific condition or if they have insurance. They’ll stabilize you for the short term and then refer you to an inpatient center at a specialized center.
Their Justice Involvement program is for inmates who have been recently released. The program can help you find social services, including housing, employment, and healthcare. They’ll coordinate your care with your probation officer and/or parole board.
