When you begin working with the team at the Hopewell Center, their continuing care services can help you continue on your path to recovery even if it’s not with the Hopewell Center.
If you qualify for it you can enter into the Hopewell Apartment Program where you’ll have a safe and supportive place to live as you move through your treatment plan. There’s also a voucher program so you can find your own living arrangements while receiving financial support from Hopewell.
