BHG’s Knoxville Citico Treatment Center Is located in Knoxville, Tennessee. This is an outpatient clinic that provides comprehensive care to men and women who are ready to start the road to recovery. They provide very services to meet your drug, alcohol, and opioid use recovery needs. Medication assisted treatment (MAT) is available here.
They take policies from most major insurance providers. They also accept TennCare, Medicaid, and Medicare. Speak with your provider because out of network benefits may apply.
You’ll find various evidence based therapies here. Treatment approaches include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) that’s offered in individual and group settings. You’ll learn how to identify triggers and you’ll develop different coping strategies and techniques that will help guide your recovery. Counseling sessions are available both in person and virtually.
Access to 12 step programs like Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous is also encouraged. This will help you connect with peers and mentors that can help support you during challenges in your recovery.
If you are navigating an alcohol or opioid use disorder, medication assisted recovery is also available. You’ll work with a treatment team that will determine if FDA approved medication, Suboxone (buprenorphine), can support your recovery. This is a treatment that can help you manage ongoing cravings. Methadone treatments are available here as well and is a proven approach to helping aid individuals in recovery, and can be safe for pregnant women.
As you progress through recovery, you’ll work with an interdisciplinary team of professionals. These professionals will help you understand and navigate the complexities of your recovery.
