About Blue Valley Behavioral Health – York

You can participate in intensive and traditional outpatient care to meet your unique needs. They provide expert backed approaches accounting for your specific situation. You’ll first complete a thorough assessment to determine the best level of care for you. If outpatient is the right fit, you can participate in group and individual sessions to get to the root causes of addiction and develop essential recovery skills.
What stands out most to me is their On-Demand Addictions Education Course. This self-paced course provides addiction education to fulfill legal requirements for DUI charges, drug related crimes or probation. You can also participate in this program just to learn more about addiction. With busy schedules and daily commitments, I think it’s nice to have this option. You can take breaks and complete it on a timeline that works best for you.
I also think it’s great that they treat gambling addiction. If gambling is affecting your life negatively, you can complete an assessment to determine the impact and extent of this issue. Then you can participate in virtual sessions to overcome this hurdle and reach recovery.
Their Youth Assistance Program (YAP) is another helpful option. This school based intervention service helps youth experiencing challenges related to behavioral health conditions, including substance abuse. Their dedicated team will work with your family to resolve these issues or refer you to additional services.`
