About BlueCrest Recovery Center – Clifton
BlueCrest Recovery Center is a drug and alcohol rehab facility located in Woodland Park, New Jersey. They offer treatment to people with substance and alcohol use disorders. They also treat people who have mental health conditions in addition to addiction issues. They are an outpatient facility that offers several levels of care. You will be given a psychological evaluation to determine the appropriate treatment program.
They have a partial hospitalization program (PHP) which involves coming in every weekday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. If you are in the intensive outpatient program (IOP), you will come in from 9:00 a.m. to noon or from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. They also have a standard outpatient program which involves coming in once or twice a week for treatment.
The thing that makes this place special is that it incorporates three different tracks to addiction treatment. They use a clinical approach, a spiritual approach and a holistic approach. Clinicians will treat you with evidence based therapy. However, they believe that a person must have spiritual nourishment and a purpose in order to stay sober.
Your treatment program will be customized to your needs. All clients have both group and individual therapy. They also offer alternative treatments such as yoga and meditation. They are firm believers in the 12 Step approach, so you’ll also take part in 12 Step therapy.
