About Branden House – Manteno
Family Guidance Centers is an alcohol and drug rehab center for adults with several locations around Illinois. Branden House is their residential treatment facility located in Manteno, Illinois. Collectively, their programs include detoxification, inpatient treatment, outpatient treatment, medication assisted treatment and aftercare services. Dual diagnosis care is available for clients with co-occurring conditions.
Inpatient treatment is for those who need mental and physical stabilization. This is a highly structured and monitored style of treatment that often incorporates detoxification into the process. Once stabilization has been achieved, counseling, educational classes and behavioral approaches to treatment can begin. Common elements of inpatient include individual therapy, group therapy, and at times medication or trauma-informed counseling.
Branden House offers round the clock care for individuals who need intensive treatment. At this level, clients usually have serious substance use issues that are greatly impacting their quality of life. They’ll show you how to overcome those issues and teach you basic life skills. The goal is to help you live independently so you can eventually transition down to outpatient care. Some of the evidence based services they offer here include motivational interviewing, MAT and cognitive behavioral therapy.
