Bridge Back to Life Center–Coney Island Avenue is an integrative, outpatient drug and alcohol rehab in Brooklyn, New York. They offer medication assisted treatment (MAT), aftercare planning and support, and dual diagnosis care, with specialized programming for adolescents, seniors, LGBTQ+ persons, young adults, military personnel, and persons with hearing impairments.

Bridge Back to Life Center is an integrative outpatient addiction recovery program for adolescents and adults in Brooklyn, New York. Dedicated programs for young adults, teens, seniors, military personnel, LGBTQ+ persons, justice involved individuals, persons with hearing impairments, and persons with co-occurring addiction and mental illness are available.

Bridge Back to Life Center offers mental health assessments and personalized treatment planning, including medication assisted treatment (MAT) for qualifying clients. Their MAT program includes Buprenorphine and Vivitrol induction and maintenance.

Clients receiving outpatient care and aftercare services engage in integrative, customized programs aligned with their evolving needs. They participate in intensive individual, group, and family counseling drawing on a range of proven modalities, including CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and trauma therapy. Evidence based complementary therapies, including EMDR, creative arts therapy, meditation, and experiential therapy, are also available. Bridge Back to Life Center accepts private insurance, military insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, employee assistance programs, and self pay. Financial aid is available.
