About Bridge Health – Trenton
Bridge Health was formerly known as Lookout Mountain Community Services (LMCS). This change happened following a rebrand in 2022. Despite the name change, this organization still provides robust behavioral health services to adults and adolescents.
Their Trenton, Georgia location serves adults who are struggling with addiction use or have a co-occurring mental health struggle. The services here are offered in an outpatient treatment setting.
Access to care is flexible thanks to convenient walk in times and transportation support for residents who live in nearby counties. They also accept Medicaid, and Medicare as well.
