About Brooks Respite and Recovery Center – Redmond
The Brooks Respite and Recovery program, operated by BestCare, is a short term crisis stabilization service for adults who are experiencing a short term psychiatric crisis, including those with a co occurring substance use disorder. This facility is in Redmond, Oregon and clients can also be referred to the inpatient and outpatient addiction treatment services available at BestCare’s other Redmond locations.
Some individuals can have psychiatric issues that require immediate support but may not rise to the level of requiring inpatient hospitalization. The Brooks Respite and Recovery program allows individuals to voluntarily receive help stabilizing their current crisis for a short time period.
Through this service, you’re able to avoid potentially using substances as a means of coping. The facility will also assist clients with identifying goals and developing a community support plan that can help them continue recovering after leaving the facility.
BestCare offers residential addiction recovery services at their Northeast Maple Avenue location. Clients can receive detox services, high intensity drug and alcohol treatment, and intensive outpatient care. You might start at the psychiatric stabilization facility to get control over your mental health and then transfer to the residential rehab program to dive into your addiction recovery.
You’ll participate in group and individual therapy sessions to uncover the cause of your addiction and develop strategies to prevent relapse. When you’ve completed the program, you can downgrade to a lower level of outpatient care available at BestCare’s Northwest 5th Street location.
