Based in Calcutta, Ohio, East Liverpool VA Clinic provides primary care, as well as mental health and addiction treatment to adult veterans and their families. You can get both inpatient and outpatient care. Homeless veterans can also receive help here. They accept VA insurance and private insurance plans, as well as Medicare, Medicaid, and TRICARE.
