About Camino Nuevo – Albany

Acacia Network’s Camino Nuevo provides outpatient alcohol and drug rehab for teens and adults. Services include dual-diagnosis treatment, medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for adults, and gender-specific treatment groups. They’re out in Albany, New York.

Camino Neuvo’s outpatient (OP) treatments are integrated and culturally responsive. They provide trauma-informed individual and group counseling, family therapy, and mental health services for alcohol and chemical dependency. Therapy sessions and individualized aftercare planning focus on relapse prevention. Individuals are educated on what to expect and equipped with tools to overcome temptation.

Treatments at the center are evidence-based and holistic, focusing on treating each person as a whole and prioritizing wellness. Primary care is available to clients as an additional service. Clients requiring a higher intensity treatment may be referred to the other centers in the Acacia Network.
