About Canvas Health – Cottage Grove
The outpatient program provides different services for adults and youth. Adults receive assessments, individual and group counseling, medication management, trauma-informed care, addiction education, life-skills training, 12-step program meetings, and relapse prevention services.
Adolescent treatment includes assessments, individual and group therapy, trauma-informed care, case management, family sessions, and a focus on keeping young people in their home community.
If clients need a more intensive level of care, Canvas Health can provide referrals to intensive outpatient or residential substance use treatment.
Canvas Health may accept multiple insurance plans, such as Cigna, Humana, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Beacon, United Healthcare, and more. Be sure to check with the insurer to verify out of network benefits and other coverage information.
