Casa Serena – Oliver’s House, located in Santa Barbara, California, is a private substance abuse recovery program. They provide a sober living environment and continuing care for adult women and their children. The program is also open to pregnant women.

While staying at Oliver’s House, clients are required to spend between 20 and 30 hours per week in employment, school, or volunteering. Additionally, they receive individual counseling and participate in 12 Step meetings, education groups, processing groups, and parenting groups. The goal is to help clients balance sobriety with their responsibilities as parents.

Many drug and alcohol treatment programs work with private insurance providers such as Magellan, HCSC, Ambetter, Beacon, and Cigna. Clients are urged to confirm coverage before they enroll in a treatment plan, as out of network benefits may vary.
