About CASA-Trinity – Hawthorn House – Olean
CASA-Trinity – Hawthorn House is a residential addiction treatment program for men. It’s based in Weston Mills, New York, and run by the Council on Alcohol and Substance Abuse. They offer counseling and medication assisted treatment (MAT) and facilitate several self-help meetings each week.
Hawthorne House used to be known as Weston’s Manor. It has capacity for 16 men over the age of 18. Residents must either be experiencing addiction or co-occurring disorders. Your recovery plan is completely personalized, with the types of treatment and length of stay depending on your circumstances and progress. The staff takes care to consider your social, vocational, and physical needs.
At Hawthorne House, you’re encouraged to build supportive relationships with other residents, creating a support system you can take with you even after finishing treatment. You must attend seven recovery meetings a week.
If you’re experiencing severe withdrawal symptoms or cravings, the staff may prescribe medication to manage these symptoms. This includes Suboxone, Sublocade, Vivitrol, and Antabuse. MAT is typically used for opiate and alcohol addictions. The staff also provide extensive medical treatment to make sure you’re healthy in every way. They will refer you to primary care physicians and other medical professionals in the area.
