Catalyst Life Services is a private nonprofit specializing in crisis services and the treatment of mental health and substance abuse. Having been in operation for over 65 years, they’re constantly adapting to better meet client needs. Support is available to adults aged 18+, regardless of race or background.

With locations dotted around Mansfield and Shelby in Ohio, their drug rehab center can be found in the former. Here, individuals can access medical, and psychiatric services, as well as individual and group therapy.

Detox and withdrawal management services are available at Catalyst’s New Beginnings facility, and feature round-the-clock medical monitoring, daily medical appointments, structured treatment groups, peer recovery support, and personalized discharge planning. Medications are used to ease nasty withdrawal symptoms and make individuals as comfortable as possible during the detox process.

For those in need of detox, or more intensive care, referrals can easily be made for their New Beginnings facilities. The women’s residential facility also provides specialized services and assistance for expectant parents, pregnant individuals, and pre/post-natal care.
