During detox, the staff monitors you to make sure you’re comfortable and safe throughout the process. Some symptoms you may experience during withdrawal include stomach aches and headaches. The staff may administer medications to reduce your discomfort and cravings.

The campus has separate residential treatment for men and women. This will allow you to better address the specific issues that may be influencing your substance use. Some of the common causes of addiction in men include anger, unresolved childhood trauma and not meeting societal expectations of masculinity.

Common causes of addiction in women include a history of physical or sexual assault and family stress. Gender specific group sessions will allow clients to feel more comfortable opening up about these issues and be able to receive the encouragement and support they need.

When you’ve completed residential treatment, you’ll move forward with outpatient services. You’ll meet at the facility to continue receiving therapy while being able to have more time to take care of your other responsibilities.
