About CenClear Child Services – Philipsburg
CenClear Child Services is a private mental health program in Philipsburg, Pennsylvania, near Laurel Run. They specialize in early childhood development services, but CenClear offers a number of other services to clients of all ages. The child services are for adolescent clients.

Clients receive weekly visits from their care team to develop an at home early learning plan for their child and to connect with supportive community resources.
