About Center for Alcohol and Drug – Wenatchee
The Center for Alcohol and Drug Treatment is located in Wenatchee, Washington. This is a drug rehab facility that offers outpatient treatment, residential programming and withdrawal management services.
Helping adults work through the challenges of a drug or alcohol use disorder, they offer compassionate care dedicated to your specific recovery needs. Please note they do not provide dual diagnosis services here.
They accept most insurance policies. While they don’t accept Medicare, they do accept Medicaid. Sliding scale discounts are also available to help make care more affordable.
This is a nonprofit, licensed recovery facility that is guided by a volunteer board of directors. You’ll find that treatment services here are comprehensive, and you’ll be supported using quality, industry leading practices.
Their addiction recovery program is modeled after Dr. William Glasser’s Choice Theory and is used alongside Reality Therapy. Through this approach, you’ll be encouraged to find meaning in your recovery journey.
These therapy models help you identify triggers that have contributed to your substance use behaviors, and you’ll learn strategies to modify these behaviors. The goal is to help you take responsibility for the choices you make so you can lead a more intentional and positive lifestyle, drug free.
Their withdrawal management program includes subacute and non medical withdrawal services. Although they don’t prescribe medication during detox, if it’s determined that you need medication support, you’ll be connected to a nearby medical facility for that care. Once you’ve completed detox, you’ll have access to other services, including referrals for medication assisted treatment (MAT), community services and family services.
The building itself is fairly small, with three stories, and you’ll move between floors during your residential stay. Residents stay on the third floor, where you’ll find showers and dorm-style bedrooms. The second and first floors include the dining hall, kitchen and activity rooms for social events, yoga and Saturday movie nights. If you’re on the residential track, your stay will be up to 30 days. You’ll be supported by evidence based and holistic therapies that guide your recovery.
