About Center for Discovery Temecula – Temecula
CFD’s partial hospitalization program includes services from dietitians, psychiatrists, and therapists and typically provides care five or six days a week for six to seven hours per day. Clients requiring higher-intensity addiction treatment may be referred to an inpatient alcohol or drug rehab specializing in dual diagnosis care.
IOP services at CFD are usually offered to clients who have been through residential treatment (which is available at other CFD facilities) and include evidence-based therapies like group and individual therapy and dietitian referrals. Programming is also offered on weekends and evenings for maximum flexibility.
Programming includes access to cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure & response prevention (ERP), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). Additionally, patients will have the opportunity to access yoga and CFD’s specialty program Path to Peace, which specializes in the treatment of Binge Eating Disorder (BED).
Alumni support and community education are part of CFD’s aftercare program, which also includes trauma-informed nutrition care and community healing.
CFD is an in-network provider for most major insurance companies, including carriers like Amerigroup, Bright Health, Kaiser Permanente, and Humana. Check with your individual insurance provider for drug rehab benefits and potential out of network benefits and costs.
