About Centerstone – Fayetteville
Centerstone’s Thornton Taylor Parkway is a nonprofit behavioral health and addiction treatment center located in Fayetteville, Tennessee. Clients of all ages can receive general outpatient programs (OP) at this location. Centerstone also provides primary care services and support programs for families.
OP is the least intensive and restrictive level of care. Unlike inpatient and residential programs, clients in OP continue to live at home and tend to their other responsibilities. This level of care may not be appropriate for all clients, and those who need more intensive care may be referred to a different program.
Centerstone’s OP offers short term counseling. It also has walk in and emergency services, all to connect clients with the care they need. OP services may include individual and group counseling, family counseling, referrals to other services, and crisis services.
Centerstone locations accept many private insurance plans,which may include Beacon, BlueCross BlueShield, Magellan, Kaiser Permanente, and Cigna. Clients considering a drug rehab program are encouraged to confirm coverage with their insurance plan, as out of network benefits may vary.
