About Centerstone – Estill Springs
Centerstone’s South Main Street is an inclusive nonprofit mental health and drug rehab center in Estill Springs, Tennessee. Clients of all ages can participate in general outpatient programs (OP) and medication assisted treatment (MAT). Centerstone’s research institute helps develop new behavioral health and substance abuse treatments.
Centerstone’s OP program provides walk-in appointments and short term counseling. Clients seeking long term treatment can also get referrals. Services offered may include individual and group counseling, family counseling, case management, wraparound services, and crisis services.
MAT helps clients afflicted with drug or alcohol addiction through FDA approved medications that reduce withdrawal symptoms. It’s most commonly used in the treatment of opioid addiction but can be effective in treating any kind of substance use disorder. MAT is delivered in conjunction with OP services.
Centerstone works with many private insurance plans, which may include HCSC, BlueCross BlueShield, Ambetter, Amerigroup, and Beacon. It’s recommended that clients confirm their coverage with their plan, as out of network benefits may vary.
