They are a state agency that accepts Medicaid and other forms of payment.
Their treatment services address issues that may have led to your placement at the facility in order to prepare you for a successful transition to the community once you’ve completed the program. The goal is to facilitate your acceptance of responsibility for the behavior and understand that you have an obligation to maintain a safe community where you live.
They utilize comprehensive and specialized interventions designed specifically for juveniles and adolescents. These programs are developed to address chemical dependency needs alongside other behaviors that may have led to incarceration. The programs are aimed at stimulating personal growth and development but are dependent on your willingness to cooperate and commitment to do your best while in the program. Your program may include other support for a successful transition to the community such as GED preparation, parenting skills development, a credit recovery program and work program or mentoring.
