About Change Lanes – Youth Support – Lancaster
Change Lanes – Youth Support is a mental health rehab facility located in Lancaster, California. The center offers treatment for substance use disorder, alcohol use disorder, opioid and chemical dependencies, and co-occurring mental and behavioral health disorders. Change Lanes provides outpatient programs, dual diagnosis, community-based services, and aftercare for children, teenagers, young adults, and adults. Programs are available for justice-involved persons, underserved persons, and homeless and indigent persons.
At Change Lanes – Youth Support, youths and teenagers receive group and individual counseling and therapy. Mentorships and holistic therapy are available, which can include adventure and outdoors therapy, art therapy, and participation in community events. Emotional and mental wellness are promoted through volunteer work and education outreach. Adult programs include court-ordered emotional and mental wellness rehabilitation, addiction education, parenting guidance, and life skills development.
Change Lanes is affiliated with CalWorks and CalFresh programs. The center works with local and state agencies for underserved clients.
Change Lanes – Youth Support provides continuous care through peer support and community outreach programs. Alumni may be eligible to volunteer as mentors and participate in community events. Referrals may be available for additional treatment in outside facilities.
All youth programs are free of charge. Court-ordered and adult services may require payment. Change Lanes – Youth Support offers self-pay and financing plans, and clients with CalWorks may be eligible. The center may be in-network with insurance providers such as Aetna, Anthem, BlueCross/BlueShield, Cigna, Humana, Magellan Health, and TRICARE.
