CHD Outpatient Behavioral Health Services is a substance use and mental health disorder treatment center. Additionally, they have youth welfare, LGBTQ+, and dual diagnosis support programs. They have multiple locations, including the clinic on West Main Street in Orange, Massachusetts. This center accepts private health insurance, Medicaid, Medicare and military insurance such as TRICARE.
The clinic has support groups for adults and teens, including a specialty online group for LGBTQ+ teens ages 13-18. This is a safe space for teenagers to connect with others in the LGBTQ+ community.
