Claratel Behavioral Health, formerly known as DeKalb Community Service Board, offers underprivileged people in Decatur, Georgia, a comprehensive range of services related to substance use disorders. They provide residential substance abuse treatment, detoxification and outpatient care. They take many different insurance plans such as Medicaid, Medicare, Amerigroup, Peach State, CareSource and PeachCare for Kids. They are CARF accredited. They also provide a sliding fee schedule based on family size and income for those without insurance.
They offer case management, group counseling and individual counseling to assist people in achieving and maintaining recovery. They also provide family therapy, medication assisted treatment and psychosocial education. For kids and teenagers with substance abuse disorders, they provide outpatient and community based support programs.
