They offer both inpatient and outpatient services including medical detox, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs.
For people in need of medical detox, they offer 24/7 medical care and FDA approved medication assisted treatment (MAT). During the detox process, which typically lasts between seven and 10 days, individuals receive medication to aid them with withdrawal symptoms and cravings. The use of medication during the detox process has been shown to reduce the risk of relapse, decrease overdose death risk, normalize brain chemistry and stabilize body functions. In addition to MAT, individuals receive individual counseling, participate in group therapy and undergo medical assessment by doctors and nurses to closely monitor their progress.
Coastal Detox also offers inpatient treatment for those that do not need medical detox but are early in the recovery journey. They offer residential programming including individual and group therapy. Additionally, their inpatient programs offer several amenities that make the recovery process a little easier. These include chef prepared meals, access to a masseuse, personal trainer and chiropractor as well as yoga programs.
