Coastal Plains Integrated Health, located at Marriott Drive in Portland, Texas, offers substance use services to individuals across its nine-county service area. Their intensive outpatient treatment or IOP program includes needs assessments, individual counseling, and group counseling sessions held Monday through Thursday. They provide a supportive outpatient treatment with aftercare based on what you need for a long term recovery.
In collaboration with United Connections Counseling, Coastal Plains offers substance use services to communities including Rockport, Aransas Pass, Taft, Beeville, Falfurrias, Alice, and Kingsville. They assist clients with transportation to group sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients. If transportation is an issue you can meet with your case manager to discuss options that will help you attend group sessions and stay on track with your recovery.
The facility enhances personal growth in the community through support, guidance and education. They provide mental health services to adults with intense and persistent mental illnesses, as well as community services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
With a sliding-scale fee structure, Coastal Plains makes its services available to people of all income levels. The Integration Program addresses the needs of those without access to medical care by offering primary care services alongside behavioral health care.
