This facility offers outpatient addiction treatment including an intensive outpatient program and an outpatient program.

The IOP consists of nine hours of treatment each week and can include care coordination, therapy, and peer support. All outpatient substance abuse programs use evidence-based therapies and are centered around your personal treatment goals. Participants engage in individual and group counseling, psychoeducation, case management, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, family support and education, anger management, and healing trauma. There are separate IOP groups for men and women.

CODAC accepts many commercial insurance plans including Arizona Complete Care, Cigna, United, Banner University Family Care, Bright Health Plan, AmBetter, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Health Net, and CHAMPVA.
