About Columbia Community Mental Health – Creekside Center – St. Helens

Columbia Community Mental Health – Creekside Center in Saint Helens, Oregon, provides mental health and addiction treatment to adolescents and adults through walk-in intake clinics, mental health services and addiction services. They also provide youth and family counseling. They have residential and community services as well as services for those with developmental disabilities. There is a crisis intervention program and a full support wraparound program for children and youth up to age 17 and their families.

Addiction treatment is offered through either outpatient services or through an intensive outpatient program (IOP). Clients can live at home and stay connected to their community while seeking treatment for drug and alcohol addiction. Treatment is offered using evidence based best practices such as peer-delivered services, contingency management, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and moral reconation therapy.

If these two levels of treatment are not offering enough support, there is a residential addiction program. This program provides a highly structured schedule with daily groups, individual and family therapy and supervised community activities that help individuals learn the skills to live a happy, healthy sober life.

Mental health services are offered to children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. Services are offered in English and Spanish.
No one is ever denied treatment due to inability to pay. They accept insurance options such as Children’s Health Insurance Program, Medicaid, Medicare, military insurance and self pay options on a sliding fee scale.
