About Community Addiction Recovery Enterprise – Fergus Falls
Located in Fergus Falls, Minnesota, is the Community Addiction Recovery Enterprise also known as the C.A.R.E. program. This is a residential treatment facility that is operated and overseen by Minnesota’s Department of Health Services. The Fergus Falls inpatient facility is one of five locations serving residents throughout Minnesota.
This program specifically works with adults who have a chemical dependency or a co-occurring mental health struggle. They are also equipped to serve individuals who have relapsed.
To receive care here, you must have a referral from either a social service agency, a community hospital or a mental health provider. Many people who receive care here have been referred by the court system because of a drug-related criminal offense.
You can expect your treatment plan to last no more than 90 days. The length of your stay can change depending on how you participate in the program and your progression through your treatment plan.
This is a secured and locked facility. However, visitation from friends, family and other loved ones is available regularly throughout the weekday and weekends.
The services offered through the C.A.R.E. programs are rooted in evidence based practices. Assessments and evaluations help determine what your specific abuse struggles are and whether you have a coexisting mental health disorder at play. From there, a highly individualized recovery program will be created for you. You’ll work through this program to meet and hopefully exceed recovery goals that are in place for you.
