About Community Bridges – Central City Addiction Recovery Center – Phoenix
Community Bridges is a private substance abuse and behavioral healthcare treatment program in Phoenix, Arizona. Staff utilize holistic and integrated approaches to deliver highly personalized care services to clients in need. They serve clients of all ages and offer specialty treatment for Veterans, women, and children.
Community Bridges strives to deliver a full continuum of care. In addition to direct treatment programs, they offer supportive housing programs, mobile crisis teams, and peer support programs. Services include detox, inpatient treatment, outpatient treatment, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT).
Community Bridges offers inpatient detox. Clients are monitored and supported by medical staff as their bodies undergo withdrawal while drugs and alcohol are cleansed from their systems. Detox may be required before a client can move on to a lower level of care.
Clients participating in the inpatient program reside on campus to be closely monitored and cared for by staff. During this time, they participate in treatment on a daily schedule, with activities, such as counseling, case management, nursing care, and peer support, tailored to their needs. Clients also work alongside their care team to complete discharge planning.
Outpatient care is a lower level of treatment designed for those with mild symptoms. Clients continue to live at home during this time and visit the facility on a regular basis to receive treatment.
MAT is the use of approved medications alongside therapy and education. Medication use in MAT is closely monitored to ensure safety.
Because in network and out of network benefits may vary, clients should consult with their insurance provider before enrolling in treatment.
