Community Bridges — East Valley is a substance abuse and mental health recovery facility in Gilbert, Arizona. Community Bridges describes itself as an integrated behavioral healthcare agency that offers clients a broad range of support. They work with clients of all ages.
The East Valley location provides a combination of inpatient and outpatient services to accommodate clients’ needs at all recovery levels. Clients in these therapeutic services also have access to housing, education, and medication support programs. Services offered include:
The inpatient detox program allows clients to safely detox and withdraw from substance abuse under the care and guidance of a professional medical and nursing team. Clients gain access to counseling, peer support, and case management services during this time. Detox continues on to other treatment programs.
The inpatient program is designed for clients with severe symptoms. During the program, they reside at the campus where they receive treatment. The program includes a full continuum of individual, group, and family therapy, case management services, education, and peer support programs.
Outpatient care is a step down from the inpatient program and is best suited for those who have completed inpatient treatment or mild symptoms. Inpatient treatment utilizes the same treatments and programs as the inpatient program but has clients visit the facility for short sessions throughout the week rather than living on site.
