About Community Reach Center – Brighton
The outpatient program offers individual counseling, group counseling, family counseling, case management services, peer support services, and medical services. Clients focus on common issues such as anxiety, depression, living with co-occurring disorders, relationship challenges, and more.
If a person needs a higher level of care, it’s possible to request a referral for partial hospitalization, inpatient, or residential services. If addiction is a primary concern, clients may need to work closely with their counselor to decide if outpatient treatment is sufficient. If it’s determined that a person needs more support, they can ask for help locating an alcohol and drug rehab center nearby.
Community Reach Center may accept a wide range of insurance plans, such as Humana, Ambetter, Cigna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Aetna, and more. Because insurance plans vary, be sure to verify coverage information and out of network details with the insurer.
