About Community Resource Group – Yakima
Community Resource Group, in Yakima, Washington, was a mental health care facility and alcohol and drug rehab for adolescents and adults. They’re closed now but they offered general outpatient treatment and aftercare planning and support including specialized services for young adults and persons with co-occurring addiction and mental illness.
Their general outpatient program (OP) was designed for clients who were medically stable and who did not require round-the-clock clinical supervision. Clients received medical and mental health assessments and personalized care plans. Those requiring higher-intensity inpatient treatment would be referred outside of the clinic. Clients also engaged in individual, group and family counseling and recovery-focused life skills training.
Their aftercare services enabled a complete continuum of care aligned with clients’ evolving needs and may have included step-down support and referrals for additional medical, mental health and social service programs.
Community Resource Group may have worked with major insurance providers such as Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield, Humana and United Healthcare.
