About Continuing Recovery Center – Irving
Continuing Recovery Center is a recovery home for those individuals with substance abuse issues that want to maintain a sober life. Services include 12-step meetings and life skills teaching. Continuing Recovery Center is located at Irving, Illinois.
Residents must be at least 21 years of age and have previous treatment experience.
Residents are required to do their own laundry, housekeeping, cooking, maintenance and repairs. For those residents who don’t have this type of skills when they get into the treatment, are encourage to acquire them for independent living once they leave CRC.
They will receive education of various life skills and have individual sessions with their counselors. For those residents in need to complete their secondary education are referred to the local TEAL program for ABE of GED classes.
After 3 months in the program, residents are able to get a part-time job and after 6 months they may enter fulltime employment as long as they keep their recovery way.
