Community Healthcore’s Mental Health Outpatient Services has drug and alcohol treatment programs along with mental health treatment. They’re located in Longview, Texas. They offer outpatient care to all ages.
The substance use program in Longview provides outpatient treatment that includes life skills classes, help with coping skills, and relapse prevention planning. Individual and group counseling is available, as is treatment for co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns.
Community Healthcore’s clinic has separate outpatient mental health programs for youths ages 3-17 and adults to address serious mental illness issues. Services include assessments, medication and case management, and individual and group counseling to understand your emotions and how they can change. Parenting classes are also available. There’s also a pharmacy and primary care services if need be.
One special program is for early psychosis and interventions for youths ages 15-30. The program checks you for early signs of psychoses, such as schizophrenia and delusional disorders. That way, they can provide preventive measures to address any symptoms. They can also refer you to social services, such as housing support, in case you need them.
