They were located on Grant Street in New Haven, Connecticut, but this facility has since relocated and was renamed. Today, this center operates as the CSHHC, Recovery and Wellness Center — Minor Street Location.
You’ll still find many of the services that were offered through the Grant Street Partnership in the new location. However, there’s a stronger focus on addiction recovery services and specialized support.
There are other services available including women’s healthcare, adult medicine, dental healthcare, and behavioral health services for co occurring mental health struggles.
This clinic is a Federally Qualified Health Center and can offer discounted rates if you’re not insured.

However, they also take a person focused approach to recovery. They’ll support you through holistic services like yoga therapy, acupuncture detoxification, and trauma informed care. They also have 12 step programs here that weave in addiction education programming as well.
You’ll find that the services here are rooted in helping uplift the community as a whole. Your recovery matters and you’ll feel this in the compassionate, judgment free, and dignified support you’ll find here. There are regular community outreach events, offering everything from raising awareness about substance use struggles to providing advocacy and HIV/STI education.
